The Entry Hall offers significant spatial depth, perfect for a high-capacity shoe storage solution. While we selected a sleek floating shoe cabinet for this project, a floor-to-ceiling built-in is an ideal alternative for extensive collections. To create a welcoming ambiance, the space is personalized with a curated display of Molly character figures, blending modern art with the residence’s unique personality.
The Common Area is curated in a sophisticated Modern Luxury style, masterfully integrating sleek minimalism with opulent elegance. This design philosophy creates a grand yet welcoming environment, balanced by a white-cream Mood & Tone. The result is a bright, airy, and timelessly luxurious atmosphere that ensures guests feel both the home’s inherent warmth and its high-end prestige.
This white and cream color palette makes the room feel bright and modern. We added some fun with hidden LED lights and Rose Gold stainless steel accents on the cabinets. The highlight is the collection of 400% MOLLY figures inside, making the space look both stylish and super cute!
The Living Room features a double-layer curtain system, combining blackout and sheer fabrics for ultimate luxury. The blackout layer provides total privacy and solar protection, while the sheer curtains offer subtle screening while maintaining an airy, unobstructed connection to the exterior landscape.
Pleated curtains can feel a bit old-fashioned now, so many people are switching to Wave Curtains. Instead of tight pleats at the top, these curtains flow in smooth, natural curves. It’s a very popular look right now because it’s clean, modern, and fits perfectly with today’s home styles.
Regardless of window size, bespoke, custom-made curtains ensure a flawless fit for both the living and dining areas. Unlike ready-made options, which often result in awkward proportions, our tailor-made solutions provide precise width and height for a polished, seamless look. This eliminates the risk of ill-fitting drapery and prevents the unnecessary cost of replacements.
For the first floor, our DECORISTA team curated a Modern Luxury aesthetic by selecting cream-toned curtains. This neutral palette was chosen to achieve a seamless harmony with both the built-in cabinetry and floating furniture, ensuring a cohesive and sophisticated mood throughout the space.
The cream-toned curtains create an exquisite ambiance when illuminated by recessed downlights, LED ceiling accents, and crystal chandeliers. This combination evokes a sense of profound warmth and luxury, serving as a premier design inspiration for those seeking to elevate their home’s interior aesthetic.
Even without artificial lighting, the interior remains visually stunning. The off-white, non-yellowish cream curtains permit natural light to enhance the space’s innate beauty. This specific fabric collection is exceptionally versatile, making it an ideal choice for both Modern Luxury and Minimalist design themes.
We used cream Dimout curtains that block out 80-85% of sunlight, which is perfect for common areas like the living room or office. The 100% Polyester fabric is nice and thick at 230 GSM, making it feel very soft and fall into beautiful, smooth curves.
Layered with a VICHITR white-cream linen sheer, this setup softly filters light while ensuring privacy and airflow. The breathable fabric enhances the room’s beauty and offers an open, airy feel with a clear view of the outdoors. It’s the perfect addition for a bright and comfortable Modern Luxury interior.
The food preparation area features premium Venetian Wooden Blinds, chosen for their superior light-control capabilities and space-saving profile. These blinds offer a charming natural aesthetic while ensuring effortless maintenance.
The first-floor bedroom has been repurposed into a multi-purpose entertainment room for gaming and television. Since the built-in design included a recessed ceiling slot, we installed the same premium cream-toned curtains as the living area for a seamless, high-end aesthetic throughout the home.
Due to the pre-installed air conditioning unit, we opted for Venetian Wooden Blinds on this window. These blinds feature a space-saving horizontal design and a loop cord system for effortless operation, allowing for precise light adjustment to suit the room’s ambiance.
At the staircase landing, the windows are different sizes and sit close together. Instead of heavy curtains, we used Venetian Wooden Blinds that match the wallpaper color. This makes the space look simple and neat, preventing the hallway from feeling too crowded or “heavy.”
All wooden blinds feature the Oak Grey finish with Dove-colored decorative tapes from VICHITR. These blinds are engineered for low maintenance; they can be effortlessly cleaned in place using a damp cloth, a feather duster, or a vacuum cleaner, eliminating the need for removal or specialized laundering.
A custom-built Art Toy gallery fills the recessed wall leading to the bedroom, showcasing a vast collection of Blind Boxes. This creative storage sits across from the Prayer Room, blending personal hobbies with traditional space in a modern way.
The Master Bedroom adheres to a Modern Luxury aesthetic, emphasizing clean lines, sophisticated simplicity, and architectural elegance. Curated in a cream-grey palette, the design fosters a tranquil and prestigious sanctuary, perfectly suited for rest and relaxation.
The primary blackout layer features Wave Curtains, presenting a seamless, ripple-like header. This is layered with Pleated Curtains for the sheer. This specific combination prevents the two layers from tangling during operation while maintaining the sophisticated, fluid aesthetic of the Wave style on the outer layer.
