ผนังแตกจากการเจาะ
ถ้าผนังของเพื่อนๆ ก่อจากอิฐแดงก็คงไม่มีปัญหาอะไรมากนัก แต่ถ้าเป็นผนัง Precast หรือที่เรียกกันว่า “ผนังคอนกรีตสำเร็จรูปไ จะลำบากหน่อย เพราะผนังจะแตกร้าวได้ง่าย ถ้าสว่านไม่คมพอเมื่อเจาะแล้วจะเกิดการแตกร้าว หรือ ปูนหลุดออกมาเป็นแผ่นๆ การแก้ไขจะทำได้ลำบากเพราะต้องโป๊ว และเก็บสีใหม่หมด
วัสดุแข็งแรงได้มาตรฐาน
วัสดุที่ให้มาในชุดผ้าม่านไม่ว่าจะเป็น รางต่างๆ ตะขอเกี่ยวผ้าม่าน ขอเกี่ยวสายรวบม่าน ฯลฯ ต้องแข็งแรงมีความเหมาะสมกับพื้นที่ และที่สำคัญ ด้ามจูงผ้าม่านจำเป็นต้องมี เพราะเพื่อนๆ จะสะดวกต่อการใช้งานช่วยยืดอายุผ้าม่าน และชุดอุปกรณ์อีกด้วย
ตำหนิผ้าจากโรงงานผู้ผลิต และการตัดเย็บ
ตำหนิของผ้าเกิดได้หลายสาเหตุ บางครั้งเป็นมาจากโรงงานที่หลุด QC ออกมา หรือสีของผ้าเพี้ยนไม่เหมือนกับในแคตาล็อค (ซึ่งปกติจะ + หรือ -5%) ส่วนตำหนิที่เกิดจากการตัดเย็บเกิดขึ้นได้จากความไมาระมัดวังทำใหเผ้าเป็นรอยต่างๆ จนไปถึงสีของชอล์กที่ขีดผ้าไว้นาน ฝังแน่นจนลบไม่ออก ผ้าม่าน และมู่ลี่ ต้องมีการห่ออย่างดีระหว่างการขนส่ง
ความสะอาดหลังการติดตั้ง
ในการเจาะผนัง หรือ ฝ้าเพดาน ต้องมีเศษฝุ่นเศษปูนกระเด็นออกมาเต็มไปหมด ถ้าช่างติดตั้งไม่รักษาความสะอาด บ้านของเพื่อนๆ ก็จะเต็มไปด้วยเศษฝุ่นเศษปูนเต็มไปหมด
การรับประกันการติดตั้ง และมีหน้าร้านไว้บริการ

คราบกาวบนพื้น
ระหว่างการติดตั้งจะมีเศษของวอลเปเปอร์ที่ช่างตัดตัดตกอยู่ตามพื้นห้อง ถ้าไม่รีบเก็บจะทำให้คราบกาวฝังแน่น ถ้าเป็นพื้นกระเบื้อง หรือ หินอ่อนจะง่ายต่อการเช็ด แต่ถ้าเป็นพื้นลามิเนตคราบจะฝังแน่นกว่า
คราบกาวบนฝ้าเพดาน
เมื่อช่างกรีดเก็บงานด้านบนพื้นที่บริเวณติดฝ้าเพดานจะมีคราบกาวติดอยู่ ถ้าไม่รีบเช็ดออกจะทำให้คราบกาวฝังแน่นกับฝ้าเพดาน และที่สำคัญวัสดุที่ใช้เช็ดจะต้องสะอาด เพราะวัสดุที่สกปรกจะทำให้เกิดคราบดำฝังแน่นยิ่งกว่าคราบกาวเสียอีก
การกรีดเก็บขอบ และรอยต่อของวอลเปเปอร์
การกรีดจบงานจะต้องคมไม่เปื่อยยุ่ย จากคัตเตอร์ที่ไม่คม สำหรับรอยต่อของวอลเปเปอร์ ถือเป็นสิ่งสำคัญ ถ้าต่อไม่เนียนจะทำให้งานดูไม่เรียบร้อย และถ้าใช้วัสดุที่สกปรกเช็ดรอยต่อ คราบดำจะฝังแน่นทำให้เห็นรอยต่อชัดเจน โดยเฉพาะวอลเปเปอร์สีขาว หรือ สีอ่อน
วอลเปเปอร์สีเพี้ยนจากทางโรงงานผู้ผลิต
สีเพี้ยนเกิดขึ้นได้จากใช้วอลเปเปอร์ต่างล็อต หรือมีความผิดพลาดระหว่างการผลิต สังเกตุได้จากเมื่อติดวอลเปเปอร์ไปแล้วจะเห็นรอยต่อระหว่างแผ่นชัดเจน หรือ สีวอลเปเปอร์จะด่างบริเวณขอบด้านข้าง
ความสะอาดหลังการติดตั้ง
ในการเจาะผนัง หรือ ฝ้าเพดาน ต้องมีเศษฝุ่นเศษปูนกระเด็นออกมาเต็มไปหมด ถ้าช่างติดตั้งไม่รักษาความสะอาด บ้านของเพื่อนๆ ก็จะเต็มไปด้วยเศษฝุ่นเศษปูนเต็มไปหมด
เศษคัตเตอร์ระหว่างการติดตั้ง
คงไม่ปลอดภัยแน่ๆ ถ้ามีเศษคัตเตอร์ที่หักแล้วตกบนพื้น ระหว่างติดตั้งเมื่อช่างหักใบแล้วให้ตรวจสอบดูด้วยว่ามีีเศษคัตเตอร์ที่หักแล้วตกอยู่หรือไม่
