This residence is a masterpiece born from the collaboration between ‘Built Inspire‘ (Interior Design Firm) and ‘INFINITY DESIGN‘ (Specialists in Curtains, Blinds, and Wallpapers). Together, we have crafted a home of flawless perfection, blending visionary design with exquisite decor. Upon entering, you are greeted by a Modern Luxury foyer in sophisticated cream and grey tones. The full-length wall paneling with integrated hidden lighting creates a hotel-inspired dimension of luxury. Step into a living space where Modern Luxury meets cozy comfort. The marble feature wall, accented with gold and layered lighting, brings that high-end hotel lobby feel right into the home. We maximized the large windows to let in a soft, dreamy natural glow. Featuring a chic curved sofa and a matching recliner, this corner is thoughtfully designed for stylish lounging and relaxing movie marathons.

This living area features a sophisticated double-layered curtain. The blackout curtains provide ultimate light control, enhanced privacy, and effective heat reduction. Complementing this, the sheer layer gently filters natural light to create a soft, ethereal glow throughout the day, while still allowing for a serene view of the outside during daylight.

For this living area, we selected Wave Curtains to achieve a sleek, high-end look. The fabric flows in consistent, uniform waves from ceiling to floor. Unlike traditional pleated styles, Wave Curtains feature a minimalist header without gathers, creating smooth, modern curves which adds a unique charm and a contemporary touch, making it one of the most sought-after styles in modern home decor today.

Our skilled artisans meticulously craft each piece to the exact width and height of your space. For this living area, we selected the ‘DAREEN‘ collection in an elegant cream tone. With a substantial weight of 247.0 g/m², this premium blackout fabric is certified by OEKO-TEX Standard 100, ensuring it is high-quality, safe, and completely free from harmful substances. Produced by the renowned brand VICHITR, it is a proud addition to our exclusive ‘The Chosen Collection,’ curated specifically for our discerning clients.

Continuing the Modern Luxury theme, the dining area centers around a stunning round marble table and gold-accented leather chairs’s legs. A crystal chandelier and recessed lighting set an exquisite mood, while a large window brings in abundant natural light. Seamlessly connected to the kitchen via a sleek mini-bar, this airy space is perfect for everyday meals or social gatherings.

For these expansive skylight windows, our ‘Decorista‘ team recommended a continuous installation of Roller Blinds to achieve a sleek, bold, and modern aesthetic. Each blind is custom-tailored to fit the site’s precise dimensions perfectly. When lowered during the afternoon, they effectively diffuse harsh glare and reduce heat, minimizing reflections on the dining table for a much more comfortable experience.

The ‘Sunscreen‘ Roller Blind, designed to provide natural light and outdoor views without sacrificing privacy. Its unique ‘Time-Shift Privacy‘ principle allows those inside to see out during the day, while obscuring the view for those outside. At night, the effect reverses, similar to automotive window film. With a sleek, space-saving design, these blinds are easy to operate and adjustable for any time of day, creating a bright, airy, and comfortable atmosphere.

Our elegant White Sunscreen Roller Blind features premium fabric specifications: a high-performance blend of 35% Polyester and 65% PVC. With a 300 cm width and a substantial weight of 450 g/㎡, this 0.63 mm thick fabric offers a 3% Openness factor—perfect for creating a soft, filtered light while maintaining an outdoor connection. It boasts high color fastness (Grade 5+) to prevent fading and is certified for fire safety under Class 1 – NFPA701 (USA) standards, ensuring maximum security for residents.

For the stairwell, we selected Venetian Wooden Blinds to offer precise control over light direction and privacy by simply adjusting the slat angles. Their slim, space-saving design is ideal for high-traffic areas like staircases, ensuring a clutter-free and unobstructed walkway.

For the prayer room, we installed Grey Wooden Blinds to maintain a calm and composed atmosphere. These blinds provide perfect control over light and privacy during prayers or for letting in a soft daylight glow. A key advantage for this space is that wooden slats are easy to clean and do not absorb incense smoke or odors like fabric curtains, making them a highly popular and practical choice for prayer rooms, home offices, and multi-purpose spaces.

Wooden Blinds are crafted from authentic, specially selected Basswood. Each slat is finished with a high-quality coating that resists scratches and prevents color fading over time. Our advanced manufacturing process ensures structural stability, preventing warping or bending. Made from sustainable commercial timber, these eco-friendly blinds are remarkably lightweight, offering a smooth and effortless operation.

Bathed in warm tones, the Master Bedroom is designed for ultimate relaxation. A striking diagonal wood-paneled wall with hidden lighting creates a soft glow, complementing the plush grey leather bed. For the expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, premium Dimout Curtains ensure perfect light control and round-the-clock privacy.

A single-layer Pinkish-Brown Wave Curtains are the perfect match for the wood accents in this home. This color adds a soft, luxurious glow that instantly makes the space feel more expensive. It’s as functional as it is beautiful, reducing glare during the day and providing full privacy at night. All the style and performance you need in a single curtain.

For this project, we selected the ‘DILA’ Dimout collection in a sophisticated Pinkish-Brown. This extra-wide fabric features a substantial weight of 250 gsm and provides approximately 86% light blockage. Engineered with a specialized 3-layer weaving technique—featuring an integrated black yarn middle layer—it effectively blocks UV rays and reduces indoor heat.

Certified by OEKO-TEX Standard 100, this high-performance solid-tone fabric is produced by VICHITR, a leading Thai manufacturer, and is a key highlight of our curated ‘The Chosen Collection‘.

Our Custom Fabric Tiebacks are crafted from the same high-quality Dimout material as our Wave Curtains, but Infinity Design takes it a step further. We feature a specialized perimeter stitching technique that prevents the edges from wrinkling when drawn. Unlike traditional rope tiebacks that can cause deep creases.

Infinity Design upholds the highest functional standards by installing high-quality Clear Acrylic Wands as a standard accessory. These wands are remarkably strong, durable, and blend seamlessly with any curtain design.
