One89 Wireless by One Bangkok is an ultra-luxury “bespoke” residence designed by SOM, located within the One Bangkok mixed-use project bordering Lumpini Park. This flagship development ensures maximum privacy with a strictly limited supply of approximately 90 units. Prices start at 100 million THB and scale upward based on the floor, view direction, and specific unit layout selected.

We are pleased to present the interior decoration of a spacious 3-Bedroom condo that is perfectly divided for comfortable living. The best part is that every room has huge windows where you can enjoy an amazing panoramic view of the city right from your bedroom. Before we look around the different areas, let’s take a moment to check out the “Before and After” photos to see how adding our beautiful curtains can completely change an empty room into a stunning home.

For this project, we mixed different styles for every room so the design is never boring and always feels fresh. We start with the Common Area, which connects the living room and dining area, decorated in a beautiful Modern Luxury Style. Before adding the furniture, our team installed double-layered curtains on the windows to get the lighting just right. The blackout curtains are there to give you privacy and block out the hot sun, while the sheer curtains help filter the light so you can still see the nice view outside without feeling closed in.

To guarantee superior aesthetic excellence, we decorate every window with custom-made curtains because they truly upgrade the luxury feel of your home. These curtains are made to fit the exact width and height of your space perfectly, making everything look neat and organized in a way that ready-made curtains just can’t match. Choosing custom curtains helps you avoid the common problem of fabric being too short or too long and saves you from having to spend extra money fixing mistakes later.

The FORCE collection in Light Brown by Nitas delivers a seamless blend of luxury and functionality in a single fabric. Manufactured from robust 100% Polyester, this curtain offers a premium drape and features Dimout properties to significantly reduce heat, alongside NFPA 701-2004 Method 1 certified flame retardant safety. As a highlight of “The Chosen Collection,” this durable and elegant fabric is the superior choice for homeowners seeking both refined aesthetics and reliable protection.

Our curtain tiebacks are the exact same fabric as the main fabric for a seamless look, enhanced by INFINITY DESIGN‘s signature edge stitching to prevent distortion. This reinforced border ensures the tieback retains its shape and significantly minimizes fabric creases commonly caused by standard rope accessories. By avoiding the pressure points of rope tiebacks, this tailored design keeps your curtains smooth and wrinkle-free while maintaining a sophisticated appearance.

The Master Bedroom is decorated in a beautiful Modern Classic style that blends a luxury look with a cozy, warm feeling. We used lovely cream-white moldings on the walls to give the room a classic touch and make the space look more interesting. The furniture is also kept in elegant cream tones, while the brown curtains help make the room feel softer and more inviting for rest. Finally, we added warm white lighting to set a romantic mood

Next up is the second small bedroom, decorated in a simple yet perfect Modern Minimal style. We chose cream and white furniture and bedding to make the room feel clean, open, and very relaxing to be in. Our Decorista suggested using special brown Blackout curtains that block out 100% of the sunlight, matched with white sheer curtains to soften the light during the day. This combination makes the room feel incredibly cozy and comfortable, giving you that wonderful feeling of staying in a nice hotel.

This third bedroom embodies a warm Modern Contemporary style, featuring grey furniture and white bedding with calming light blue accents. The window treatment combines brown blackout curtains with white sheers to softly filter natural light and enhance the room’s gentle atmosphere. This seamless blend of color, lighting, and drapery creates a space that is warm and simple, yet undeniably luxurious in every detail.

For all the bedrooms, we selected the Shade 13 collection by VICHITR, a premium 100% Blackout fabric designed to provide complete darkness and superior privacy. Constructed from a durable 30% Acrylic and 70% Polyester blend with a weight of 300 grams per square meter, this fabric offers excellent shape retention and a soft texture. Maintenance is straightforward with cold water washing and low-heat ironing recommended, making this “The Chosen Collection” selection ideal for high-end residential and commercial applications.

Even the bathroom is decorated to look incredibly fancy and modern, using beautiful marble to create a luxury feel. It features a huge window that gives you an amazing view of the city, so we installed motorized roller blinds to make using the space easy and comfortable. These blinds use a special blackout fabric that blocks out 100% of the light, giving you total privacy whenever you need it while keeping the room looking stylish and beautiful.

We selected gray roller blinds to elevate the bathroom’s modern luxury aesthetic while providing essential privacy and light control. The sophisticated gray tone perfectly complements the interior design, creating a calm and premium atmosphere that is balanced in every dimension.
