Mantana Bangna-Wongwaen by Land & Houses offers lush, green living near Mega Bangna. Every home includes a built-in security alarm and is protected by 24-hour security. This prestigious project featured starting prices of 11.49 Million Baht* (Feb ’21), blending nature with modern safety.
The home we’re visiting today belongs to Khun Jang and Khun Yim, the Co-Founders of Built Inspire. As experts in Thailand’s interior design and built-in industry, they brought in a professional team to design every detail of this house. The result is a beautiful and perfectly balanced home, built specifically for their family to enjoy.
For a stunning and luxurious living room, we installed double-layer curtains. The blackout layer is perfect for privacy and blocking out the hot sun. Underneath, the sheer curtains help blur the view from outside while still letting you enjoy the scenery comfortably.
Moving beyond traditional pleats, Wave Curtains are now the top choice for modern interiors. The non-pleated header creates elegant, free-flowing curves that offer a minimalist and trendy look. It’s the perfect solution for the new generation looking to elevate their home’s contemporary style.
The dining zone features matching double-layer Wave Curtains to maintain a cohesive look in the Common Area. The addition of LED cove lighting at the top is a premium detail that enhances the atmosphere, giving the space a luxurious, well-lit, and polished feel.
To achieve a Modern Luxury look, we focus on smooth, neutral colors like white, cream, grey, navy, brown, and black instead of bright, flashy tones. In this home, we chose cream curtains to perfectly match the Mood & Tone of all the built-in and movable furniture.
The living and dining areas are adorned with premium Dimout curtains from the FORCE Collection in a soft cream tone. Featuring a sophisticated natural-looking texture, this high-quality fabric is from the renowned NITAS brand. It is a distinguished highlight of our exclusive “The Chosen Collection,” meticulously curated for its exceptional quality and aesthetic appeal.
For the white sheer curtains, we chose the EASEY 1 Collection, which is imported from Europe and distributed by VICHITR. What makes it special is the Yarn-Dyed process—the threads are dyed before they are woven into fabric. This gives the curtains a perfectly even and beautiful color. It is one of the top-quality fabrics we’ve handpicked for “The Chosen Collection.”
Our Clear Acrylic Wands offer a durable and visually seamless solution for operating double-layer curtains. These sturdy wands provide effortless control while protecting the fabric from oils and dirt on your hands, keeping your premium curtains in pristine condition.
This workspace and reading corner feels incredibly cozy and inviting. Built Inspire designed the built-in furniture using light-toned wood and added LED strip lights to create a soft, glowing atmosphere.
For this work area, we chose Venetian Wooden Blinds. The horizontal slats let you control exactly how much light comes into the room. They are very easy to use thanks to the pull-chain system, and because they fit perfectly within the window frame, they don’t take up much space at all.
These VICHITR Wooden Blinds in Oak Grey with Dove ladder tapes are designed for easy maintenance. Simply wipe with a damp cloth in place, or use a feather duster/vacuum for regular cleaning. No removal is required.
For the kitchen area, we chose Faux Wood Blinds by VICHITR. These are imported from Korea and made from a special material called Polystyrene. They are ideal for kitchens because they are waterproof and moisture-resistant, which helps stop mold and bacteria from growing. The Clear White color matches the built-in cabinets perfectly and lets you adjust the light exactly how you want it.
The first-floor bedroom showcases a Modern Classic look with curved wall moldings and custom trim work. We chose light cream curtains to enhance the limited space, creating an illusion of a larger room while maintaining a warm, elegant, and inviting feel.
The curtains selected for the ground-floor bedroom are from the LINTON Collection by VICHITR. This premium Dimout fabric in a soft cream tone features a sophisticated texture and a substantial weight of 370 g/m². Crucially, the material is Formaldehyde-free, ensuring a safe and healthy indoor environment. As a top-tier selection, it is proudly featured in our curated “The Chosen Collection.”
The Master Bedroom takes Modern Luxury to a deeper level for optimal relaxation. By using a balanced palette of white, brown, and grey, the room achieves a perfect sleep-friendly atmosphere that is sophisticated and calm without feeling closed in.
Our custom-made curtains ensure a perfect fit for double balcony doors, providing a neat and professional look that ready-made options can’t match. Avoid the risk of ill-fitting fabrics and unnecessary spending by choosing curtains tailored specifically to your home’s unique dimensions.
For this bedroom, we chose 100% Blackout curtains. They are designed to block out every bit of sunlight, making them perfect for anyone who needs full relaxation or works night shifts and sleeps during the day. While the fabric is a bit stiffer and the waves aren’t quite as soft as Dimout curtains, they are the best choice if your main goal is improving your sleep quality.
These premium Blackout curtains from the SHADE Collection feature a high-quality triple-layer grey silicone coating. For the sheer curtains, we used the ARTHUR 2 Collection from the VICHITR brand. This fabric is incredibly soft and has a beautiful natural-looking texture. Just like our other premium options, it is Yarn-Dyed, meaning the colors are dyed into the threads before weaving for a perfect finish. It is a top choice in our handpicked “The Chosen Collection.”
INFINITY DESIGN’s custom tiebacks feature reinforced edge-stitching for a clean, non-slip finish. Designed to match your curtains perfectly, these wide fabric ties reduce unsightly wrinkling and creases compared to standard rope ties, ensuring your Modern Luxury window treatments always look sharp and professional.
Next is the middle bedroom, decorated in a cheerful blue and white theme for the kids. It features full-wall built-in storage to keep all their favorite toys and collectibles organized. The room’s design is full of fun, curved shapes and bright colors. To keep the space feeling light and not too crowded, we chose Light Grey Wooden Blinds. They allow you to adjust the natural light easily, creating a cozy and comfortable vibe for playing or resting.
This larger window features a double-layer curtain setup. The sheer curtains provide soft daytime lighting and an open feel, while the blackout layer ensures full privacy and darkness at night, perfect for a balanced and comfortable kids’ bedroom.
This bedroom features Wave Curtains paired with Pleated Sheers. The wave layer offers a modern, non-pleated look, while the pleated backing ensures a smooth, snag-free operation when sliding the curtains. For this room, our Decorista team chose 100% Blackout curtains from the Double Shade Collection. The fabric is a beautiful light brown on both sides, so your room will be completely dark for a great night’s sleep. These curtains are very safe because they passed the OEKO-TEX Standard 100 from Switzerland, meaning they are free from harmful chemicals and safe for the environment. Last but not least is the small bedroom, another cozy spot for the kids. We chose White Wooden Blinds here because they instantly make a small room look much wider and brighter.
