Grandio Suksawat-Rama 3 by Frasers Property Offering an exclusive community of only 96 families, this project features English-style single detached and twin houses. Today, we’re taking you inside a spacious 2-story home (Siena model, 202 sq.m.) complete with 4 beds, 4 baths, 2 parking spaces, an upper lounge, a laundry room, and a prayer room. Starting with the living room, the space showcases a highly modern and minimalist design characterized by a structured layout and clean lines. By eliminating unnecessary elements and utilizing custom built-in storage, the area remains completely clutter-free. The addition of elegant marble wall cladding elevates the room, delivering a sophisticated and premium aesthetic.

Throughout the first floor, windows and doors are dressed beautifully with double-layer curtains. The main solid drapes provide excellent sun protection and complete privacy when needed. Meanwhile, the sheer curtains beautifully filter the sunlight

The DECORISTA team selected Wave Curtains for both the main light-blocking drapes and the sheer layers. Characterized by their unpleated, free-flowing curved headers, wave curtains are currently highly sought after in contemporary interior design. This premium style delivers a perfectly organized, elegant, and seamless aesthetic to the space.

A sophisticated dining space featuring a sleek white-grey-black palette with elegant gold accents. Enhanced by hidden, warm-toned ambient lighting for a cozy, glare-free atmosphere.

Flowing beautifully from the living room right through to the dining area, we used soft light grey curtains. This versatile shade is incredibly easy to match with any decor style, creating a calming and comfortable vibe for everyday living. Plus, it ties the whole room together by perfectly matching both the built-ins and the loose furniture!

We selected gorgeous, textured Light Grey curtains from the LEONARDO collection by Nitas. Perfect for allergy sufferers, these curtains feature innovative Anti-Dust Mite technology to keep your home safe and healthy. To complete the look, we layered the main drapes with creamy white, linen-textured sheers from the VICHITR brand. These beautiful sheers soften the harsh sunlight while keeping your privacy intact and allowing a nice breeze to flow through.

Moving to the stairwell, we added beautiful double-layer custom curtains to create a truly grand atmosphere. Because this area requires exact dimensions, our expert seamstresses tailor-made the drapes to fit the space perfectly. It’s a flawless, high-end look you definitely won’t find with ready-made options!

The wide stairwell landing is perfectly transformed into a cozy, casual workspace! To keep the area feeling open and well-lit, we installed beautiful Venetian Wooden Blinds on the side window. By simply tilting the slats, you can control the natural light all day long, creating beautiful shadow plays that give the space a chic, dimensional look.

For this spot, we chose gorgeous white wooden blinds from the VICHITR brand, imported from Korea. Made from 100% authentic Basswood, they are the perfect fit for dry areas in the home. You’ll love the beautiful wood grain and smooth, splinter-free texture! Plus, they are incredibly lightweight, resist color fading, and offer great UV protection.
